  • What is your return policy?
    NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only for handbags/ jewelry is unreturnable. Items purchased from Anice' are eligible for store credit within 7 days after delivery.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS ARE SHIPPED VIA USPS AND UPS. ORDERS TYPICALLY TAKE 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE- INCLEMENT WEATHER, DISTANCE FROM SENDER, OR A VARIETY OF OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES MAY MAKE THIS TIME LONGER. ONCE YOU HAVE YOUR TRACKING PLEASE CONTACT USPS WITH ANY ISSUES WITH DELIVERY TIMES.
  • What is the PRE ORDER PROCESS?
    EACH PRE-ORDER ITEM HAS A DIFFERENT DELIVERY DATE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU THOROUGHLY READ THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION , BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER. PRE-ORDERED ITEMS ARE NOT APPLICABLE FOR RUSH OR EXPRESS SHIPPING- PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. ORDERS WILL START PROCESSING ON DATE ADVERTISED ON THE SITE. PREORDER DATES ARE ESTIMATED AND Anice' RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE RELEASE DATES WHEN NECESSARY. ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS STARTING ON THE RELEASE DATE, OR THE FIRST BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE RELEASE DATE IF DATE ADVERTISED IS A HOLIDAY, WEEKEND, ETC.
